PAS maintains high standards for the selection and assessment of new staff, candidates who possess aviation engineering technical course and work related experience are preferred. The specific criteria are detailed with the Company's Part 145 Certification.

 Our organization structure, together with complete job descriptions that include listings of all duties and responsibilities of every staff member documented in the Part 145 Exposition (Manual). As part of their work descriptions, all staff members' duties include the requirement to be thoroughly familiar with this document.

 The Quality Assurance Manager, who is responsible for ensuring that staff achieve and maintain PAS required level of competency, regularly review, audits personnel performance through bi-annual appraisals of their work and knowledge of company services and procedures.

 Based on international industry standards and clientele needs, PAS management has developed a comprehensive training programmed suited to each job description that invokes continual improvement in industry knowledge and individual skills.
